Apple Pie Overnight Oats

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 apple grated
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
In a mason jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, grated apple, cinnamon, and honey. Stir well to combine.
Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
In the morning, remove the jar or bowl from the fridge and stir the oats.
Top the oats with chopped walnuts and raisins.

You can use any type of milk or liquid you prefer, such as cow's milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
If you don't have honey, you can use maple syrup or agave nectar as a sweetener.
