Chocolate Overnight Oats

Enjoy your decadent and nutritious chocolate overnight oats!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Chopped nuts for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  • Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
  • In the morning, remove the jar or bowl from the fridge and stir the oats.
  • Top the oats with sliced banana, peanut butter, and chopped nuts.
  • Enjoy your delicious and satisfying chocolate overnight oats!

Notes

You can use any type of milk or liquid you prefer, such as cow's milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
If you don't have chocolate protein powder, you can use vanilla protein powder and add a little extra cocoa powder and sweetener to achieve a chocolate flavor.
Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking, such as adding fresh berries, shredded coconut, or granola.
