Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, melted butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
