Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
  • Use a fork to press down on each cookie, creating a criss-cross pattern on top.
  • Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
