PB&J Overnight Oats
Enjoy your delicious and nostalgic PB&J overnight oats!
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp jam or jelly of your choice
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
In a mason jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, peanut butter, and jam. Stir well to combine.
Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
In the morning, remove the jar or bowl from the fridge and stir the oats.
Top the oats with sliced banana and chopped peanuts.

You can use any type of milk or liquid you prefer, such as cow's milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
Feel free to use your preferred type of nut butter or jam/jelly.
You can add more or less peanut butter and jam to suit your taste preferences.
If you want a smoother consistency, you can blend the oats, milk, peanut butter, and jam together in a blender before refrigerating.
